It is one of the renowned temples in Ranipet and Vellore districts, where it is said that Siddhas (ancient spiritual masters) worship Lord Murugan in an formless state.

Sri Subramanya Swamy

Within the sanctum sanctorum of this hill shrine, Sri Subramanya Swamy graces devotees in a standing posture with Sri Valli and Deivanai, appearing in a slightly smaller, endearing form. The divine presence here is said to be very powerful, attracting pilgrims from far and wide.
