Meaning: In the morning, I meditate on the lotus-like face of Shri Lalitha Devi. It has lips like the Bimba fruit, a nose adorned with a large pearl nose-ring, long eyes extending to the ears, earrings studded with gems, a gentle smile, and a forehead shining with musk tilaka.

Meaning: In the morning, I worship Shri Lalithambika’s arms, which are like wish-fulfilling creepers. They are adorned with red rings shining on sprout-like fingers, and beautiful with ruby-studded golden bangles and armlets. They hold a sugarcane bow, flower arrows, and an ankus (elephant goad).
