Udyatbhānu sahasrakōṭi satruśām kēyūra hārōjjvalām
Bimbōṣṭhīṁ smitadankta paṅkti rucirām pītāmbarālaṅkr̥tām
Viṣṇu brahma surēndra sēvita padām tatva svarūpām śivām
Mīnākṣīṁ praṇatōsmi santatam aham kāruṇyavārām nidhim.
Meaning: I eternally bow to Meenakshi, who is a vast ocean of compassion.
She shines like billions of rising suns, radiant with armlets and necklaces.
Her lips are like ripe Bimba fruits, and her smile reveals beautiful rows of teeth.
Adorned in golden silks, her feet are worshipped by Vishnu, Brahma, and Indra.
She embodies the ultimate truth and is the very form of auspiciousness.
Muktāhāra lasat kirīṭarucirām pūrṇēndu vaktrā prabhām
Ciñjan nūpura kiṇkiṇī maṇidharām padmaprabhā bhāsurām
Sarvābhīṣṭa phalapradām girisutām vāṇī ramā sēvitām
Mīnākṣīṁ praṇatōsmi santatam aham kāruṇyavārām nidhim.
Meaning: I eternally bow to Meenakshi, who is a vast ocean of compassion.
She gleams with a radiant crown adorned with pearl necklaces, and her face shines like a full moon.
She wears tinkling jewel anklets that softly chime, and her beauty resembles the radiance of a lotus.
The daughter of the mountain, she grants all desired boons.
She is worshipped by Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge) and Lakshmi (Goddess of Wealth).
Śrīvidyām śivavāmabhāganilayām hrīṁkāra mantrōjjvalām
Śrīcakrāṅgita bindu madhya vasatīm śrīmat sabhānāyikīm
Śrīmat ṣaṇmukha vignarāja jananīm śrīmat jaganmōhinīm
Mīnākṣīṁ praṇatōsmi santatam aham kāruṇyavārām nidhim.
Meaning: I eternally bow to Meenakshi, who is a vast ocean of compassion.
She embodies Sri Vidya (the sacred knowledge) and resides on the left side of Shiva.
She shines brightly with the Hreem Bija Mantra, dwelling in the central bindu of the Sri Chakra.
She is the Mistress of the beautiful Sabhai (hall) of Sundareswarar, the mother of the glorious Shanmukha (Muruga) and Vignaraja (Ganesha).
She is the enchantress of all worlds.
Śrīmat sundaranāyikām bhayaharām jñānapradām nirmalām
Śyāmābhām kamalācanārccitapadām nārāyaṇasyānujām
Vīṇā vēṇu mr̥daṅga vādya rasikām nānāvidhāmambikām

She is the beloved consort of Sundareswara, dispelling all fears and bestowing supreme wisdom.
She is spotless and pure, with a beautiful dark blue hue.
Her feet are worshipped by Brahma, seated on a lotus, and she is the younger sister of Narayana (Vishnu).
She delights in the music of the Veena, flute, and Mridangam, and is the Mother of diverse beings.
Nānā yōgi munīndra hr̥n nivasatīm nānārtha siddhipradām
Nānā puṣpa virājitāṅghriyugaḷām nārāyaṇēnārccitām
Nādabrahma mayīm parātparatārām nānārtha tatvātmakām

She perpetually resides in the hearts of great Yogis and sages, granting all desired accomplishments.
Her feet are adorned with a multitude of beautiful flowers and are worshipped by Narayana.

She is the essence and inner reality of all diverse principles and meanings.
